Terms and Conditions :-

1. General Terms:
   • Admission to The UNI Academy is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria and document verification.
   • The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
   • Course content, schedule, and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the academy management.
2. Fee Structure and Payment Policy:
   • All fees once paid are NON‑REFUNDABLE AND NON‑TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances.
   • Instalment payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delay in payment may lead to suspension of classes or access to the LMS portal.
   • Whenever you pay your monthly EMI or Fee, you will receive a confirmation message.
   • Any bank charges incurred during payment transactions are to be borne by the student.
3. Attendance and Conduct:
   • Students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance to be eligible for the final examination and certification.
   • Disruptive behavior, resource misuse, or misconduct will lead to disciplinary action, including possible expulsion.
4. Intellectual Property Rights:
   • All study materials and LMS content are the intellectual property of The UNI Academy and must not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written consent.
5. Certification and Placement Assistance:
   • Certification will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course and after portfolio submission.
   • Placement assistance is provided; however, the academy does not guarantee employment.
6. Legal Jurisdiction:
   • All legal matters related to admissions, fees, and other disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi Courts, India.
